The short version

Author: Tobias KrügerReviewer: Andreas BergamannEditorial review How we check the data

Oura officially postponed its Nasdaq offering on 29 September 2026. The public filing provides company detail, while the former price range and launch timetable are historical.

Key takeaway 1

IPO officially postponed; no replacement date confirmed.

Key takeaway 2

September range and share count are historical preliminary terms.

Key takeaway 3

Paid members differ from cumulative device sales.

Company in detail

Oura combines a smart ring with membership services that translate sensor readings into health and wellness insights. Device purchases and continuing memberships have different economics. An investor needs to examine hardware demand, renewal behaviour and the cost of delivering the ongoing service together, while keeping the measures distinct.

Oura's September public registration brought a level of disclosure that private watchlist companies often lack. The initial filing reported five million paid members at 30 June 2026. The later postponement statement reported 5.7 million; both figures need their own dates and should not be confused with cumulative rings sold.

The preliminary prospectus dated 21 September described a 50-million-share offering, including 13.5 million new shares and 36.5 million shares from existing holders. It proposed a $40–44 range and the Nasdaq symbol OURA. These are terms of the subsequently paused offering, not a final public share price or evidence of trading.

On 29 September Oura officially postponed the IPO. No replacement date was confirmed in the material reviewed through 7 October. A postponement by itself does not establish formal withdrawal of the registration, so the distinction between filed disclosure and a live sale remains important.

Our assessment would focus on membership retention, hardware replacement cycles, gross margins and sensitive-data controls. A renewed offering would need current terms and financial disclosure. Private financing valuations should remain separate from the price investors may eventually be asked to pay.

Oura IPO: where and how to invest

Where can I invest in the Oura IPO?

The Oura IPO is currently marked as filed; public share trading is not yet confirmed in this profile. If IPO subscriptions become available, you need a broker offering that specific deal to investors in your country. Having an account does not guarantee an allocation. After a confirmed listing, you can look for a broker that supports the relevant exchange.

Can I buy Oura shares now?

Public trading in Oura shares is not yet confirmed here. An announced or priced offering does not automatically mean you can buy the stock on an exchange. An IPO subscription and a private share purchase each have separate access requirements.

When is the Oura IPO?

A confirmed first trading day for Oura has not yet been published here. Check official company announcements and final offering documents; a planned timetable can change.

What is the Oura IPO share price?

A confirmed IPO offer price for Oura has not yet been published here. Private funding valuations and modeled private-market prices do not establish the eventual IPO share price.

What is Oura's stock ticker and exchange?

A stock ticker for Oura has not yet been confirmed here. An exchange has not yet been confirmed here. A proposed symbol or exchange does not establish that trading has begun. Verify the final listing announcement before placing an order.

Can I buy Oura shares before the IPO?

Private transactions or funds may sometimes provide exposure to Oura if a specific offer exists and you meet its requirements. This profile does not confirm an available private offer. A fund interest may provide indirect exposure rather than direct ownership of company shares. Private investments can have resale restrictions, uncertain valuations and limited exit options; a future IPO is not guaranteed.

Where can I find the Oura IPO prospectus?

Check Oura's official investor-relations announcements and publications from the relevant regulator and exchange. A confidential submission or an announcement about it is not a publicly available prospectus. Before subscribing, read the final prospectus for the risks, price, share class and offering terms.

No. It was a preliminary range before the postponement, not a final priced IPO.

The proposed Nasdaq symbol does not establish that the listing or first trade occurred.

Do paid members equal rings sold?

No. Membership is a continuing customer measure; ring sales count devices sold over a specified period.
