The short version

Author: Tobias KrügerReviewer: Andreas BergamannEditorial review How we check the data

Visma’s software platform strategy is advancing in the Netherlands. A reported IPO delay to 2027 remains a scenario without confirmed final offer terms.

Key takeaway 1

Reported 2027 timing remains unconfirmed as a final offer schedule.

Key takeaway 2

Dutch Nmbrs platform provides a concrete example of product integration.

Key takeaway 3

ARR, period revenue, adjusted EBITDA and cash flow are different measures.

Company in detail

Local software, shared strategy

Visma provides business software through market-specific products and brands. Accounting, payroll, invoicing and related administrative work are central to its offering. Local requirements create demand for specialized products, while the group’s platform strategy seeks to connect them more closely.

The 1 September 2026 Dutch announcement positioned Nmbrs as a combined business platform. It gives a concrete example of the strategy described alongside the group’s first-half results. Our interpretation is that a broader product relationship could increase usefulness for customers, provided integration works and pricing remains attractive.

Reading the financial measures

The H1 update reports revenue earned during the first half and separately publishes Annualised Repeatable Revenue at June-end. ARR measures a repeatable annualized base; it should not replace recognized revenue in an annual-results comparison. Adjusted EBITDA is also an adjusted earnings measure, rather than net income or cash flow.

Growth needs a second distinction between organic expansion and acquisitions. A wider customer base can come from either route. Our assessment would seek retention, pricing and cross-selling information to understand the underlying economics.

IPO remains prospective

March reporting described a delay of the planned London IPO to 2027. A confirmed final offering timetable, price or ticker was not identified by 7 October.

A future prospectus would need to explain ownership, debt, acquisition accounting and shareholder rights alongside operating performance. The latest platform development supplies business context, while final transaction terms remain separate. Reliable local execution and disciplined integration would be key questions in assessing the group’s public-market case.

Visma IPO: where and how to invest

Where can I invest in the Visma IPO?

The Visma IPO is currently marked as rumored; public share trading is not yet confirmed in this profile. If IPO subscriptions become available, you need a broker offering that specific deal to investors in your country. Having an account does not guarantee an allocation. After a confirmed listing, you can look for a broker that supports the relevant exchange.

Can I buy Visma shares now?

Public trading in Visma shares is not yet confirmed here. An announced or priced offering does not automatically mean you can buy the stock on an exchange. An IPO subscription and a private share purchase each have separate access requirements.

When is the Visma IPO?

A confirmed first trading day for Visma has not yet been published here. Check official company announcements and final offering documents; a planned timetable can change.

What is the Visma IPO share price?

A confirmed IPO offer price for Visma has not yet been published here. Private funding valuations and modeled private-market prices do not establish the eventual IPO share price.

What is Visma's stock ticker and exchange?

A stock ticker for Visma has not yet been confirmed here. An exchange has not yet been confirmed here. A proposed symbol or exchange does not establish that trading has begun. Verify the final listing announcement before placing an order.

Can I buy Visma shares before the IPO?

Private transactions or funds may sometimes provide exposure to Visma if a specific offer exists and you meet its requirements. This profile does not confirm an available private offer. A fund interest may provide indirect exposure rather than direct ownership of company shares. Private investments can have resale restrictions, uncertain valuations and limited exit options; a future IPO is not guaranteed.

Where can I find the Visma IPO prospectus?

Check Visma's official investor-relations announcements and publications from the relevant regulator and exchange. A confidential submission or an announcement about it is not a publicly available prospectus. Before subscribing, read the final prospectus for the risks, price, share class and offering terms.
