Accelevation is moving into life as a public company after its September 30, 2026 Nasdaq debut under ACCV. Its September 29 pricing announcement set the offer at 30 million shares for $18 each. That implies a base transaction of $540 million before fees. Accelevation offered 10 million shares, representing $180 million of calculated gross primary proceeds; shareholders affiliated with Olympus Partners offered the other 20 million. The distinction matters when assessing the financing benefit. Accelevation said its net proceeds would fund the purchase of newly issued units in its operating holding company. The money was intended for debt repayment, transaction expenses and general corporate purposes. An additional option for up to 4.5 million existing shares belonged to the selling shareholders; it was separate from the base offer. SEC registration filing.

On October 15, Accelevation announced that it had begun delivering awards under its Built Together Ownership Program. The programme covers more than 1,800 employees, with cumulative benefits expected to reach $100,000 to $250,000 per eligible employee over two years. Those figures are expectations, rather than a statement that every employee has already received that amount. The announcement also confirms the September 30 IPO milestone.
