Ramp enters contractors' workflows through ServiceTitan
The 30 September integration adds an embedded distribution channel for Ramp. Public offering terms remain unconfirmed.
Spending connected to the job
ServiceTitan announced a Ramp partnership on 30 September 2026 that brings bill payments and expense management into its software for contractors. Ramp-powered cards can connect purchases with the relevant job or project, while the payment integration extends accounts payable workflows.
ServiceTitan called this Ramp's first embedded partnership in a vertical software platform. Its expense-management documentation also identifies configuration and permission requirements, so the integration should be evaluated as a configured business workflow rather than automatic access for every user.
A new route to customers
Our assessment is that embedding finance inside trade software could reduce the distance between a purchase, project costing and bookkeeping. It could also give Ramp a distribution route through a platform customers already use. Whether that becomes attractive economics depends on adoption, implementation effort and the division of fees between partners.
The announcement does not disclose incremental revenue or customer conversion targets. It therefore offers evidence of a product and distribution step, without proving a particular growth rate.
What changes for IPO watchers
Ramp remains a private company with no confirmed public offering timetable identified as of 7 October. The $750 million Series F in June supplied primary capital; the associated $44 billion valuation was private. A future prospectus would need to explain how card spending, paid software and embedded partnerships contribute to earnings. The ServiceTitan relationship makes that business mix more interesting to examine, but does not set an IPO date.
