Bending Spoons began trading on the Nasdaq Global Select Market on July 1, 2026 under BSP and announced the closing of its IPO on July 2. The base offer comprised 57,971,015 ordinary shares priced at $29. Of those, 34,398,640 were sold by Bending Spoons and 23,572,375 by existing shareholders. Its first subsequent quarterly release, published August 13, reported second quarter revenue of $704 million and operating income of $240 million. Adjusted operating income was $381 million, a separate measure that should not be confused with reported operating income. Quarterly results filed with the SEC.
On October 14, the company announced an additional $330 million investment from Berkshire Hathaway, following Berkshire's $600 million IPO investment.
